A Tiny House is a small house, it is a construction combining a caravan and a house on the same realization. Indeed, it has the shape of a house, but the size and chassis of a trailer.

The concept of the "tiny house" appeared in the United States in 2007, during the subprime crisis.

Many people were looking for an alternative and inexpensive way to become a homeowner. The mobile, tiny house requires only a limited construction investment and has low operating costs for maintenance and heating.

The advantages of a Tiny House :

  • Minimal investment whether self-built or purchased outright,
  • Requires almost no maintenance,
  • Does not cost much in heating,
  • Minimum footprint,
  • No building permit is required to install a Tiny House at home.

Some important rules for safety and legality:

  • In order to be supported by an approved chassis, the Tiny house must respect the 3.5 tons and measure less than 2.5m wide
  • A tiny house can accommodate 2 to 3 beds.
  • It is nevertheless necessary to have a plot of land in order to be able to accommodate your Tiny House;
  •     It is necessary to have a driving licence and a vehicle specialised in towing the tiny house (utility or pick-up). But we have a delivery service.
